The RIPPLE EFFECT goes into action when a single drop of water lands in a larger body of water. That single drop causes a chain reaction of circular waves extending outwards in an increasingly larger area. M4L believes that a single individual can make a positive difference in the same way! By learning to live a healthy llifestyle, a single person can affect each member of his/herfamily, and the community for the better.

By definition momentum is a physics term referring to the quantity of motion an object has or the mass times velocity. Meaning it takes an effort to stop.

M4L is human bodies on the move that cannot be stopped once in action!
