In Explorer: Tools>Internet Options
Privacy Tab>Advanced Button
Override automatic cookie handling MUST be checked with a check mark
Accept first and third party cookies

Are you trying to sign someone else up (your child?) but you're having problems?

Log yourself out first. Then sign your child up as a new or returning member.
